OSHA requires that when a window cleaning company performs work on a building that they must first prepare a “job site evaluation and work plan”. Make sure you only hire a professional who is safety conscious. We train all our employees to pass the ANSI I14 window cleaning certification test and require a 100% passing grade.

On the left side of this skylight (below) is the glue left over when the tinting was removed from the outside of about 900 skylights. Pacific Cleaning Services Inc was hired by the property manager of this mall to remove all the glue that was causing the the dirt to stick to it. We bought in 48 window cleaners and got the job done in time for the walk through between the property manager and the mall owner.
